Iconostasis in Diveevo

Ourmade iconostasis became an adornment of the Annunciation Church of the Diveevo Reverend Seraphim Monastery (inside the groove). The central part of the iconostasis is the ciborium, which stands on eight marble columns and forms a canopy over the place of Сommunion (ambo). The parts of the iconostasis are made of white marble with gray veins and gilded metal. The beauty of decorative casting, combined with the whiteness of marble, creates a special splendor of the house of God. Despite the dimensions of the elements and the natural stone heaviness, the iconostasis architecture impresses with its lightness and elegance.
